- How We Got Engaged: We were driving to a restaurant to meet Jason's parents for dinner when we started discussing Jason's sister's divorce. He was talking about how he doesn't like her husband and said if he were married he'd treat his wife better than that. Then he said "By the way.. I don't have your ring yet because I just ordered it, but there are 65 lifesavers in my glove compartment. Will you marry me?"
